B. Human Resource Department (HRD) Attestation:

The HRD department/ministry verifies the academic credentials mentioned in the document, ensuring its authenticity. Depending on state regulations, university verification may be required to validate the academic credentials. If everything is in order, the HRD affixes their seal or stamp to the document, confirming its validity for international use.
C. Chamber of Commerce Attestation:
Commercial documents related to trade and business, such as invoices and certificates of origin, are submitted to the local Chamber of Commerce.
The Chamber of Commerce verifies the authenticity of the document and its contents, particularly in relation to trade-related information.
Once verified, the Chamber of Commerce affixes their seal or stamp to the document, certifying its authenticity for international trade purposes.
